Proposal to found a Micronesia Chinese Friendship Society

Since we're going to be having lots of Chinese seamen in our country soon, why don't someone found a Micronesia Chinese Friendship Society similar to the Japan Micronesia Friendship Society? We could print a small language booklet with common Micronesian phrases translated into Chinese to allow for better communication between local merchants, local citizens, and the Chinese seamen.

I think there is one already inaugurated earlier this year called FSM
-China Friendship Association. It is a non-government organization. If you need details, you can contact the President, John Hagelelgam, Professor of Micronesian Studies and China expert at the College Of Micronesia-FSM, Palikir Campus.
