Is it true that Petro Corp is planning to spend several millions on coconut processor?

It was rumored a couple of months ago that Petro Corp was going to spend up to $5 million to purchase a state-of-the-art coconut machine: it would husk the coconut automatically; cut the coconut up; remove the meat inside; then, separate the different products for further processing. Sounds like a good idea but not sure if this is still true or not.

Certainly, it'll help with the coconut industry; and produce by-products such as copra cake and soap; and also produce oil that could be converted to fuel diesel generators, etc. It's supposed to be all automatically controlled by computers and machines so the human handling of the coconuts will be minimal. If this is not true, I apologize for posting it. Just wondering.
