U.S Senate intelligence Committee NOW investigating Obama Administration For Spying on Trump Team

House Committee Intelligence Member On Unmasking Of Trump Associates: 'This Is Now A Full-Blown Investigation'

According to Fox News, the investigation into the “unmasking” of Trump transition members by the intelligence community has discover whether other candidates or legislators were also targeted.  Prior efforts had centered on the identities and communications of Trump transition members that were collected by U.S. intelligence agencies and then passed to high-ranking members of the Obama administration.

But now, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-California, has stated he will audit files from the National Security Agency and White House to ascertain whether NSA surveillance of foreign leaders targeted other presidential candidates or members of Congress. One member of the House Committee told Fox News, “We will be performing an accounting of all unmasking for political purposes focused on the previous White House administration. This is now a full-blown investigation.

Former National Security Adviser Susan Rice’s role in the “unmasking” process is being examined; roughly 20 to 30 people who had classified clearance in the Obama administration hierarchy allegedly received the intelligence reports, including the National Security Council, members of the Defense Department, then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, then-CIA Director John Brennan, Rice and her former deputy Ben Rhodes.

CNN has been attempting to downplay Nunes’s efforts in the “unmasking”scandal with stories such as "CNN Exclusive: Classified docs contradict Nunes surveillance claims, GOP and Dem sources say."

  • All these high ranking members of the Obama administration will have to testify in front of the Committee and all this will be broadcast live for the world and the American people to see. The world and the American people will see this administration for what its really is.
  • Lol@PS. Investigation is Investigation. Dont get carried away buddy. Fox has no exclusive ownership on whats happening on the hill. Let those experts charged with the various parts of the multiple investigations go wherever the evidences go. Happy Easter!!
  • Yes, Obama is really worried. lol image

  • News that United States intelligence had intercepted communications from Trump associates broke in early March, when President Donald Trump tweeted, without evidence, accusations that Obama wiretapped Trump Tower. Trump demanded a congressional investigation.

The Senate and House launched separate inquiries and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, the California Republican who was a member of Trump's transition team, was initially the head of the investigation.

Nunes stepped down from the investigation amid concerns over his impartiality.

The Senate concluded its investigation by mid-March, finding no evidence that the Obama administration has specifically targeted Trump. It did, however, find that some Trump associates' communications had been scooped up by routine surveillance of Russian intelligence officials.

"Based on the information available to us, we see no indication that Trump Tower was the subject of surveillance by any element of the United States government either before or after Election Day 2016," Sens. Richard Burr and Mark Warner, the chair and vice-chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said.

The head of the FBI publicly challenged U.S. President Donald Trump, denying the Republican's claim that former president Barack Obama wiretapped his 2016 election campaign and confirming his agency had launched a criminal investigation into any collusion between Trump's campaign and Russia.

FBI Director James Comey told a congressional hearing he had seen no evidence to support a claim by Trump that Obama had wiretapped his campaign headquarters in Manhattan's Trump Tower.

U.S. intelligence agencies have concluded that Russia tried to help Trump by hacking leading Democrats. Comey said Moscow had long been opposed to Trump's election rival, former secretary of state Clinton.

  • Finally its happening. Can hardly wait. We get to see the lame and corruption of the Obama administration.
  • Here is something that made the news yesterday.

House Intel Committee Member on Susan Rice Probe: ‘This Is Now a Full-Blown Investigation’

The House and Senate Intelligence Committees are expanding their investigations into former National Security Adviser Susan Rice's alleged "unmasking" of U.S. persons who were incidentally collected in surveillance of foreign officials.

An unnamed member of the House Intelligence Committee confirmed that Rice is now under "a full-blown investigation," Fox News reported on Wednesday.

"We will be performing an accounting of all unmasking for political purposes focused on the previous White House administration. This is now a full-blown investigation," the committee member said.

While she was national security advisor, Rice reportedly requested the names of US persons associated with the Trump campaign who were incidentally collected while monitoring foreign officials, according to Bloomberg‘s Eli Lake. Critics concerned about Rice's behavior are focused on whether she attempted to unmask Trump campaign officials for political purposes.

The surveillance reports went to 20 or 30 people in the Obama administration with appropriate clearance, the same sources told Fox. Information about those surveilled would have gone to all of the National Security Council, some at the Defense Department, then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, then-CIA Director John Brennan, Rice, and her former deputy Ben Rhodes.

Rice had previously denied having any knowledge of the intelligence community's incidental collection of information connected to the Trump campaign.

The consequences of unmasking have already affected one former Trump administration official. Former National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn was unmasked when a conversation between him and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak was leaked to the media. Leaking unmasked names to the media would constitute criminal behavior.

  • Another bombshell: Obama’s Justice Department DID request and receive a FISA warrant on Trump campaign figure

Obama is denying he spied on Trump but his justice department requested a FISA order for the purpose of spying on Trump and his team. Justice wouldn't get the green light unless so given by the Whitehouse.
  • CNN is downplaying the issue but its a big issue for the SIC to announce they are looking and investigating this.

They are sweating bricks right now. By they I mean Obama and his former officials especially Susan Rice and the people whose names are listed on the investigation.
  • Notice how liberals use cartoons when they know they have been had. Classic.
